LocalGsale (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a free platform that lets neighbors list and discover garage sales, yard sales, and estate sales. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of localgsale.com and any related apps (the “Service”).

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

When you post a sale listing you grant LocalGsale a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that content on the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Do not post:

• Illegal items or services
• Fraudulent or misleading information
• Content that infringes another party's intellectual property
• Content that is hateful, threatening, or harmful

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these rules.

LocalGsale is a discovery platform only. We do not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee any sale. All transactions are solely between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any item sold.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCALGSALE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
